Hi, it’s me Rachael
Rachael Garbini, LMT/Owner

I’ve been a licensed massage therapist since 2016, and I truly love what I do. From a young age, I was drawn to health and wellness—always active, always curious. That curiosity deepened in high school during my first anatomy class, and eventually led me to earn a B.S. in Biological Sciences from Rowan University.
Along the way, I enrolled in massage school thinking it would be a useful skill. I didn’t expect to fall completely in love with the work—but I did. Massage therapy became more than a job; it became my passion.
Over the years, I’ve gained certifications in sports massage, prenatal, Thai (mat, table, sports), cupping, gua sha, and myofascial release. My approach blends relaxation with deep therapeutic work, and I often include stretching to enhance and prolong the benefits of each session.
I started my career at Vir tú Spa in Moorestown, NJ, where I built confidence and a loyal client base. After the spa closed in 2019, I launched my own mobile massage business—and I’ve never looked back!
Helping people feel better in their bodies is incredibly rewarding. Whether you’re managing stress, recovering from injury, or just in need of some care, I’m here to listen, support, and help you feel your best.

We are thrilled to Welcome Christina to the Relax & Revive team! Christina’s journey into the healing arts began in 2022 with yoga teacher training, and her passion for wellness has only deepened since then. She holds certifications in vinyasa and yin yoga (you may recognize her from Laughing Buddha Hot Yoga), reiki energy healing, and table Thai massage. She’ll also be adding cupping therapy to her offerings soon.
In early 2024, Christina became a licensed massage therapist and she is so excited to hit the ground running. Her approach blends intention, technique, and intuition-creating space for true rest and revitalization. Booking open in July and introductory rates are available! We value your feedback as it helps us support Christina as she settles in and continues to evolve.
Hi, I’m Riley
Riley Griffith, LMT

Riley graduated from Barberio School of Massage Therapy in 2022. This is the same school that Rachael attended as well. Riley got into massage therapy because he believes that one can heal the body through touch and everyone deserves to feel their best in their bodies. Riley’s bodywork is slow, intentional, and deeply therapeutic. He incorporates movement into his sessions to create long lasting results. With a background in jujitsu, he understands firsthand what it takes to perform as an athlete, and just as importantly, the rest and recovery athletes need to thrive. Outside of massage Riley enjoys to go camping, do jujitsu and is always on the hunt for a good cheesesteak.
