We are by appointment ONLY!
It is your responsibility to be aware of your appointment date and time to avoid any late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fees. As a courtesy you will receive an email reminder a week before and a text reminder 1 day before your scheduled appointment time.
We understand life happens and schedule adjustments are necessary. However, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice before the scheduled appointment. If you fail to communicate any changes before the 24-hour mark and you no show you will be subject to being charged a fee according to the policy below:
Cancellation/reschedule policy:
> Cancelling less than 24 hours before your appointment will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount
> Any late arrivals of 15 minutes or more, or no-shows are subject to 100% of the reserved service charge
> A card on file is required to schedule an appointment
The day of your appointment you can bring another form of payment. If paying with cash please try to make it exact, as we may not always have change available.
If you would like to leave a tip we accept cash, venmo or you can tip on card.
We have a 3-strike policy designed to ensure all clients adhere to our late cancel and no-show policy. After 3 infractions online booking privileges will be revoked and you will be required to contact us to schedule any appointments in the future.
We do have a referral program meaning if you tell your friends and family about Relax & Revive you will receive $10 off your next session. My business for the last several years was built on word of mouth referrals. A referral or a good review is a FAR more valuable tip to my small business than anything.
When booking a session, you are reserving our time, and it is blocked off just for you. This also means that other clients are unable to book that appointment time. Please be respectful and mindful of my time and my small business. Thank you for understanding!
